A 2-day PD workshop redesigned to provide school OHS Management Nominees with clear practical strategies on what to do and how to do it!
The OHS Management Nominee is an important role described in some detail in the OHS Act 2004. It is a position of executive responsibility and requires practical Professional Development.
The program provides a clear and succinct overview of the duties embedded in OHS Law, Regulations, Compliance Codes and Standards, the position of WorkSafe Victoria and the role of the inspectorate in relation to the Department and schools.

This is a practical, interactive workshop for people new to the role and for more experienced participants who have been fulfilling the OHS Management Nominee Role for some time. Your questions will be answered and practical experience and guidance is provided.
